Just noticed that it is 5 years to the week when Robbie Williams had a huge debut at #29 on the R&R Top 40. Was this due to payola or just a big hype because of his overseas success? Man, it is really too bad he didn't break through to the US, it would have been a nice add to our music.

Surprisingly, I like this one a lot too. I liked it real lot when it first came out. May have been payola, but I don't mind. Plus, the music that the chorus takes from is awesome, too.

I played this as a "gold" song on my playlist just last week. This is one his best songs along with "Rock DJ". I remember waiting and waiting for this particular song to finally cross over to our side of the Atlantic after seeing him peform this on a European Awards show.

It didn't debut at #29. It debuted at #37, moved up to #27 the next week and then slowed way down after that.
Great song.

Meh, the chorus was the only tolerable part I could listen to. I remember this started to be a moderate hit towards the end of my 8th grade year. The guy I was obsessed over loved this song. dang! I hate it when a song brings back a sad wave of nostalgia. :'(

I like this, but there probably are at least a dozen other singles of his I like better.
