This was her last top 40 hit in the UK (unless she releases more stuff). It peaked at #8 late in 2001. I actually thought this was a really excellent song, surprisingly so for her. Shame it never had a US release, but to be fair it wasn't pop friendly at all.
I love the way the vocoder and her real voice segue in the "So I pray that a DJ lifts's my heart" bridge. The spoken word bit in the end is nice too.

I like the song, but the music video was not good at all.

This was a good song. Too bad Living Proof didn't have the success that Believe did.

Not a fan of her at all, but I liked this.

It was good but not great... a little mechanical and blatantly trying to recreate her "Believe" success.

The original was just awful. The Almighty Mix was decent I liked it, but definitely not one of my faves by her. The vocal is a little plain. A man could have sung this in the same key.

I didn't care for the original all that much when this first came out but I have grown to like it, but I prefer the Almighty remix. They gave it everything the original was lacking while maintaining the melancholy vibe. Almighty always did a good job on most of their Cher remixes.
