This 1975 hit is a classic slow jam!... I mean, seriously: I wonder how many 30-year-olds were conceived to this song. The best evidence that this song is a classic: Four covers of this song have charted (Jackie Moore, Johnny Mathis, Nancy Wilson) and Luther Vandross' version is a quiet storm staple, even though it was never a single. I don't like any of these versions as much as the original, though. That version is flawless. The song made #5 on the Hot 100, #1 at R&B, and #37 in the UK.

When I saw Major Harris, I was thinking of the West Virginia QB from the 1980s. Anyhow, I like this song. This came out the year after I was born, so I know I couldn't have been conceived to it.
