I thought I'd posted this question a little earlier, but either I didn't hit "Post" or it somehow got erased, or I inadvertently posted it in the wrong forum.
Anywho, the question is about a song off of their "Wide Open Spaces" CD called "Loving Arms". I remember hearing another version of it, a duet between a man and a woman, on an easy listening station about ten years ago. Does anyone know who sang this?

Tom Jans wrote "Loving Arms" and it's been recorded by several different acts, including Elvis Presley, Olivia Newton-John, Kenny Rogers and Rita Coolidge.
There were two versions by Livingston Taylor in the late 1980's (country and Top 40), but I don't recall the female act he sang with. Could that be the version you were looking for?

Livingston Taylor sounds feasible, since it seems to be his style of music. Do you have a link to the song anywhere? (Amazon's site only has a track listing for the album it's from, but no samples).

This probably isn't the song you're referring to, but I remember an AC hit by Darden Smith about 10 years ago called "Loving Arms." This wasn't a duet however. The lyrics went something like this. "Your loving arms, your loving arms, your loving arms, your sweet sweet loving arms."

Right, that's a completely different song altogether. The song was an AC hit in the fall of 1993. I think it hit the Top Ten. If it didn't, it got real close IIRC.
