Without the Jay-Z part, this track is so much better.
On a side note, I am in the process of doing a dance mix of it. Since the BPM is in that "dangerous" zone, the vocal stretch was insane.

At first, I didn't like it, but now I'm loving it. I don't understand why they called Jay-Z to be part of the track(of course it's the Rhythmic appeal), as it would be so much better without him. It's really original, but S.O.S remains her best song.

This sounds very forced, like they opened the dictionary looking for a weird word to make a "cool" "different" catchy song. It sounds like a flop.

I love everything about this song except for the "Umbrella" part. It's like they are trying to force it to rhyme in the song, or the writer simply gave up.
She's definitely the most talented of the non-singing bitches though, this should be a huge single.

OMFG!! I just died and rebirthed!! This song is GREAT!! Rihanna has matured vocally for sure! I love that girl! I remember doing an interview with her way before she got a record deal. I love her now and I still do. But she matured ALOT. It's really amazing - it's only been 3 years, but it feels like 10. This is song is so not what you guys predicted (LOL) it's nothing sexual. It's a beautiful love song, and I'm feeling it for sure!

Back when Mariah's TEOM album still hadn't been released, people were posting the lyrics and then we were advised not to because Mariah had had songs stolen from her before so they didn't want such a thing to happen. |
