1) Why the hell is Jay even on the record? His only part is the first :30 or so when he's hyping the record? I'm already taking that part out, as soon as I get my hands on the instrumental. IF he was going to be on the record, there needs to be another verse somewhere between the two hooks from Rihanna.
2) That "umbrella, ella, ella, hey, hey" part is beyond stupid.... again, there's an edit in the making there, as soon as I get the instrumental.
3) Both of those points being made, and having made them to someone at IDJMG, I'm not sure what I think yet. It's a different sound for Rihanna and could do well, but they either need to add a Jay-Z verse or take him off the record completely. Plus, there probably needs to be a length edit.

I thought the "ella ella ella eh eh eh" part was stupid at first, but it kind of grows on you! lol But I do agree that Jay-Z adds NOTHING to the track but his name. If someone makes an edit without him in it, I want it! lol

The "ella ella ella eh eh eh" part is what makes the song so catchy. This works for radio.
If a wigga scored a #1 with "go 'head be gone with it (x15)", Rihanna shouldn't have a problem with this.
