:o :o :o i became an instant fan after hearing this song. Their harmonies are absolutely breathtaking. This song is amazing!! it went to #1 on billboard hot 100 !!! its only fitting that one of my favourite songs EVER "breakdown" features both Bone Thugs and Mariah !! Also, PURE IMAGINATION (willa wonka song), another favourite of mine was produced by Da-mizza.

I liked this song. I just loved the lyrics and the harmonies.
For 8th grade graduation, this was one of the songs that we could have chosen. We went with Mariah Carey's "Hero" instead.

For 8th grade graduation, this was one of the songs that we could have chosen. A song about dying?

Even though this was far and away their biggest hit, I always thought the material from their first album was far more brilliant:
"Thuggish ruggish bone" "Foe the Love of $" "1st Of Tha Month"
By the time "Crossroads" rolled around, I thought they were a little played out.
(Though, "Breakdown" was one of the best songs of the late 1990s IMO. Completely an underrated tune... I do also like that song they did with Phil Collins, "Home")
