You all remember this classic game from Sesame Street, don't you? Well, I've decided to do a "message board" version of the game.
Of these four songs, which one doesn't belong?
"Miss You Much" by Janet Jackson "Look Away" by Chicago "Heaven" by Warrant "Another Day In Paradise" by Phil Collins
Note: The answer might not be what you think.

I think I know the answer to this one..."Look Away" by Chicago.
I'll withhold my reasoning unless I happen to be wrong.

Joe Bloggs chooses Janet. I, however, second Mike with Chicago.

"Heaven" by Warrant, because it's the one in the pile that did not reach number one.

I checked the archive site after I posted...my reasoning turned out to be errant (), but I think my answer is still right for a different reason. (To be fair, I'm not saying why.)

Keith3000 is right! The song "Another Day In Paradise" is the song that is not like the others, in the fact that it did not top any 1989 year-end chart (well, of any of the big-named Pop charts). "Look Away" was the number one song of 1989, according to Billboard. "Miss You Much" was R&R's Top song of 1989, and "Heaven" by Warrant was number one of the year in Gavin magazine. "Another Day In Paradise" wasn't number one of 1989 in any publication (that I know of anyway), because it came along too late in the year to amass enough points to be number one. In fact, some publications didn't even list it anywhere on their 1989 year end charts, since it came out in October, 1989. For the most part, it was held over to 1990's year-end lists.
That said, since MikeK102 was wrong, what was your reason for "Look Away" being the song (I'm guessing because it was the only song of the four to be released in 1988)

The 1988 factor would have been my reasoning...
I think there are too many variables that make a game like this virtually unplayable. Theoretically, you can be as obscure or as obvious as you want and no answer could really be overtly wrong.

I was going to say "Miss You Much" because it's by a girl, but I guess that's not what you were thinking of.
