The firm was a group that consited of rappers Nas, Az and Foxy Brown.
This song is such a JAM! They used this sample so well and Dawn Robinson sounds so good on this.

There are quite a number of songs that sample "Square Biz" -- or contain an interpolation of the rap. I'd rather listen to the original.

The Firm was good idea but was terribly executed. The album was awful. And, yeah, the best thing about this was the sample.

There were so many good names attached to this and it ended up being so disappointing. This was kinda cute, but so weak given the talent involved.
The best thing to come out of this was the instrumental to "Phone Tap," which was sampled in the awesome "Can't Believe" by Faith Evans and Carl Thomas. At least somebody took this crap and turned it into lemonade.
