Great rocky RnB tune. I think these girls were much better than Destinys child & TLC. They just went through a period where every single was a solid gold classic. Do they have a greatest hits? That must be AMAZING....
This one had excellent lyrics and I loved the kinda screechy delivery.
Hot 100: #8 CHR: #2 UK:# 16
God, i had no idea this was so woefully underrated in the UK! It was even paired up with 'Giving Him Something He Can Feel' on a double A-side! Our bad!

I really liked this one back when it was out, and still do today.

This is a great song with a great message. Easily spent 3 weeks at #1 on my personal chart. The video is hot that is for sure.

Yeah this had a good message as well as being a good song.
And that video looks good by today's standards.

Mediocre song.
My favorite from them is "Love Don't Love You." Reminds me of the summer of '93.
"Riddle" was good too. It borrows lyrics from the children's rhyme: "One little, two little, three little Indians..."

"Prejudice. Wanna hear a song about it, like to hear it? Here it go!"
Are there any R&B artists of recent who have leaned this much into hard rock with one of their songs?
En Vogue had so much class to them. Too bad they couldn't sustain an album's worth of it after Funky Divas, sadly.

En Vogue had so much class to them. Too bad they couldn't sustain an album's worth of it after Funky Divas, sadly. First of all the remix which O have on tape is so pointless. They shouldn't remixed this in the first place and just left it alone. So what if it did not cross over to the Urban market, they certain made a point by adding a rock edge to it, which was their intention. More examples of rock edge songs by Urban-core artists include: Janet- Black Cat (the Urban remix was wack as heck) Aretha Franklin - Jumpin Jack Flash (did not hear any guitar works, but it was rock leaning anyhow) BTW I can't think of many more latest ones at this point... Jay Z - 99 Problems (serviced recently to Active Rock)

"Prejudice. Wanna hear a song about it, like to hear it? Here it go!" It's actually "Wrote a song about it..." Inspired by David Alan Grier's blues singer character on "In Living Color".

Lol, some of the same people replied to the old topic and said pretty much the same thing. I guess I should close this.
