I had 5 Top 40 Solo hits from 1978-1979. I come from Scotland. My biggest single came in 1978. The title of that hit you might see on a sign in a city. Who Am I???

Oops, I was guessing song titles. Sorry.
Well, did the singer/group sing a song called "Eastbound"?

Oops, I was guessing song titles. Sorry. Well, did the singer/group sing a song called "Eastbound"? No he didn't sing Eastbound. I was saying no because the song titles you were guessing were wrong. One hint - he was with a group who had two hits - a #6 hit in 1973 and a #29 hit in 1974. He went solo in 1978.

Ding ding ding!!!! You got it - His biggest hit was his #2 song - Baker Street. Other hits included Days Gone Down, Right Down The Line, Get It Right The Next Time, and Home & Dry.
