One of my guilty pleasures. This was one of the songs that popularized the snap movement back in 2005 and 2006. There is a plethora of snap songs too. I initially hated this back in the summer of 2005 because I wanted their other single "Betcha Cant Do It Like Me" to blow up. This ended up growing on me by the time it blew up. It did hit #1 on the Hot 100 in 2006.

I bet people were embarassed to admit they had downloaded and used the song as a ringtone already because it is really that terrible. Enigmatic how something so dumb and talentless became so huge.
That follow-up single from them was probably worse, though.
