The only real ballad in the album is "What A Catch, Donnie". What album did you guys listen to? ??? What I mean is that slower songs dont do it, Fall Out Boy needs faster, more energetic songs to sound good. I wouldn't go so far...But I have to admit that is one of the only things I don't like in "Folie À Deux". Still a great record imo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Actually this only goes for adds to alternative radio this week. Sources: All Access and FMQB.

It looks like "Tiffany Blews" might be the next single.

It looks like "Tiffany Blews" might be the next single. Which is a horrible choice in my opinion, when everyone knows the correct options are either "The (Shipped) Gold Standard", "20 Dollar Nose Bleed", or "Disloyal Order Of Water Buffaloes". It's a shame.

The poll they made had "Tiffany Blews", "The (Shipped) Gold Standard", and "Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown". "Tiffany Blews" was winning. I'd love that as the next single, and Lil Wayne is in it!

...and Lil Wayne is in it! But blink (or listen passively) and you'll miss him.

Already losing in spins and it's out of the top 50. Just like I thought, it won't do nothing on Alternative. Blowing up on CHR/Top 40 though. Today's update on Mediabase: 40 39 FALL OUT BOY America's Suiteheart... 989 767 222 3.396 89 stations playing. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Folie À Deux" was certified gold by RIAA on late January. After 11 weeks, it's placed at #97 on last week BB200: 97 FALL OUT BOY FOLIE A DEUX 6,218 7,846 -21 334,763 Those sales are absolutely ridiculous. "Infinity On High" sold 380k in its first two weeks and note that it was released in February while "Folie À Deux" was released in December, when sales are higher... By its 11th week, "Infinity On High" had sold 778k. As listed above "Folie À Deux" has sold 335k. The drop is bigger than 50%...

I think it has a lot to do with the fact there have been no hit singles this era. "I Don't Care" flopped on both Alternative and Pop, and this single isn't doing much either. During their last era, "This Ain't A Scene..." and "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs" were at least semi-hits on both Pop and Alternative. That being said, I hope they get a hit out of this era. "The (Shipped) Gold Standard" and "What A Catch, Donnie" are their best shots at a hit.
