Kelly did good and practically every reviewer thinks so too! But Ill agree My Life is a song that is probably difficult to sing live. But if anyone can do it Kelly can! And she did.

I think she sounded good, but she honestly looks bigger to me than I have ever seen her. And I know it is wrong to comment on her weight, but yeah.

I have always avoided comments on her (and anyone's) weight, but tonight she looked really big even in black.

She looked fine to me at the GMA's, a little bigger than while she was touring with Reba, but standard Kelly size. I think it was just bad clothing choices (which is also standard Kelly  ), plus weird camera angles that made her look kinda pregnant. But I'm very, very, happy with the performance. I was a little worried about how her voice would hold up, since she went from London to NY, then NY to LA in the past couple of days, but I thought she was great.  |

I always admire Kelly's performances on TV because even though the key was slightly lower, she always finds cool ways to change it up a bit so it isn't exactly like the recording. BTW, this song is pretty hard to sing and on the recording (which is higher than this live performance) she sings the entire song in her chest voice which many of the other artists out there could never do. Rock on Kelly!

She can still blow the roof off in the studio, but she seems to have a hard time live. Compare it to her performances on AI1 where it was all just so effortless for her, and her vocals have definitely degraded since then. She did do a good job tonight though, but I just don't think she still has the voice she had when she won. |

Let Kelly rest her voice up for a few days when she's not on constant promo and it's amazing (more so than it is all the time of course).

I didn't really enjoy the performance tonight. It sounded like she was pushing her vocals so hard. She did that the last time she was on when she performed "Never Again." Hopefully SNL goes better.

for AI performance, honestly, it's by far the best performance of MLWSWY. It's by far the most climax last chorus that she has brought out live. and Honestly, It's not as flawless as some contestants on the show at the moment. But you can't compare them, you have to consider what she's been so far, 4 albums after winning the first season and several tours, almost 7yrs. I'm sure that any other contestants can never be as great as her.

I preferred GMA. Her AI performance had great energy but there was a little too much rasp for me.

She did look heavier than I remember on Idol, but I don't think she looked bad.
Did she sing the song a half step down or something though? It didn't sound as high to me.
