I don't really agree with your sentiments, but okay. I haven't listened to the album all the way through but I don't remember this one really standing out that much to me beyond being the opener.

Even though I have loved Snow Patrol for a long time, I find this album generally weaker than most of their other efforts. This song is no exception, it just doesnt grab me the way the others did. My favorite from this album is Lifeboats with Crack The Shutters up there but the rest is meh. Oh well, every band has an album that some people just dont dig as much.

CTS was already released? No, not on alternative anyway. FMQB and AllAccess have no add dates for it or add information. AllMusic claims it never charted here except on Hot Adult Top 40. Lame waste of a single, if you ask me.

hmmm, weird, but I find this to be as good as Chasing Cars. Just one of those songs I guess
