Single seven from Rock N Roll Jesus is the Hot Shot Debut on next week's Billboard rock airplay chart at #27. This came out of nowhere for me at least. I've only heard it once on radio, and that was months ago. This isn't as strong as So Hott to me, but it's a nice rock choice instead of Blues Jeans And A Rosary.

Can't argue with this release, although it isn't a stand-out on the album to me.
On that note, I thought Kid Rock is preparing to release the follow-up to his current release later this year. He has even played some new songs in concert, including "Midwest Fall".
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Airplay chart? Where the heck is this getting airplay?
And Ziff you may want to reconsider your thread-title format for a song with parentheses.

Nice!!! Living the Highlife is one of my favorite bands. I'm so glad they're finally having success at rock radio. Sweet.

If you don't have Nielsen, then I can't show you where it's charting. But Billboard will update their online charts tomorrow, so look for the big debut there!

Oh it's the rock chart. The rock rock chart. You can almost forget that thing exists, because there are so few of those stations left. Hey, "I Was Drunk" is on there! And....."Supermassive Black Hole"?

Definitely one of the smallest surveys Nielsen / BDS monitors. But it makes up half of the main rock chart published by Billboard. This chart often breaks singles before the heavier stations air them. I'm guessing that's the case with Lowlife.

Half? Are you sure? I thought that was Mainstream Rock AKA Active Rock. Rock is like nothing.

If I had one wish for an artist that I never had to hear from again.....Kid Rock would get serious consideration. He should go back to his "before I was famous days" and be a Vanilla Ice clone, now that would garner some farcical attention. Otherwise, I could care less if he puts out the greatest songs ever, in the history of music....to me he's such a douchebag I don't care. I'm sure everyone has a few artists they feel that way about. Limp Bizkit?.....they're all looking at you.....

Kid Rock should go back to his "before I was famous days" and be a Vanilla Ice clone, now that would garner some farcical attention. And you're basing this on, what, exactly? The fact that they're both Caucasian? Otherwise, I could care less if he puts out the greatest songs ever, in the history of music....to me he's such a douchebag I don't care. I might've agreed about him being a douche bag years ago, but I've found him to be charming and funny for quite some time now. I'm sure everyone has a few artists they feel that way about. Limp Bizkit?.....they're all looking at you..... I'm not looking at them. R. Kelly and Yung Berg, sure. I'd even say the entire Psychopathic Records roster, but since I haven't heard any of it for over 8 years now, it doesn't even matter anymore.

If you have ever seen pictures of him from the early 90's, he sported the same look as Vanilla Ice. I first saw it a few years ago in a documentary. He used to more straight up rap, not really Vanilla style, I mostly just made the comment from the look that is so obviously different from what he has now.
In reality, I know lots of people like him. This is just one artist I have zero interest in. So at that, I'm not gonna be mean, I'll just avoid saying anything else.
And I'm just rippin' on Limp because it was once upon a time fashionable, I don't even have anything against them, it was just a joke ;)
