Why did Los Lonely Boys have a bullet on the 9/17 chart, when it lost 3 spins? Similarly, why is Seal's new song listed as New & Active when it too lost a few spins from the previous week?

Not sure about the first one (perhaps there was a change in the reporting panel?)... as for Seal, it's because he garnered 2 adds (songs that lose spins can appear in N&A if they get at least 1 station add during the week).
