i heard somewhere that case's 'missin u' had a bizarre chart run on the hot100. i heard it jumped form 38-5 or around that, but iheard somewhere else it peaked out at 4. i cant believe how a song making a jump like that could peak anywhere else but 1, let alone 1 spot higher that the previous week's jump. anyone have the chart run for this song?

Well Scream debuted at #5 on the hot 100 and that's where it peaked. Missin You was #15 or #14 but I dont remember being Top 10 on the Hot 100 but it might have.

IIRC, that same week "Stranger in My House" jumped 53-10 or something like that. I recall "Missing You" as jumping to a higher spot than "Stranger".

That sounds like the jump a song would make when the single was released and it got sales points. The same thing happened to Sisqo's "Incomplete." According to All Music Guide it peaked at Number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00005AQJW/qid=1104256005/sr=1-115/ref=sr_1_115/002-0501490-3274416?v=glance&s=music gives release dates of March 20 and March 27, 2001 for the single. That should correspond to the Billboard Hot 100 charts released on March 29 and April 5 and dated April 7 and April 14.

hmmm maybe it did. I am thinking of Happily ever after which peaked at #15 or something like that.
