We have had SO MANY in the past couple of years or so (especially this year), and it's getting really annoying.
*Both Kanye West and Jonas Brothers have singles out now called "Paranoid". *UK singer Pixie Lott has a new song called "Here We Go Again", the same as Demi Lovato's current single. *Not long after Amy Winehouse released her "Rehab", Rihanna released hers. *Beyonce got a big hit with "Halo", but just a couple of months before B's album featuring that song dropped, The Pussycat Dolls had a song of the same title released on their second album. *Utada and David Cook both released their singles "Come Back to Me" around the same time. Not to mention Vanessa Hudgens released hers just a couple of years before. *Jadyn Maria and Cobra Starship both have singles out now that have the "good girls going bad" theme in the titles ("Good Girls Go Bad"/"Good Girls Like Bad Boys"). Not even two years earlier Rihanna released an album titled Good Girl Gone Bad.
Just sayin', it's getting incredibly obnoxious. I'm sure there are plenty more that I'm just not thinking of.

Its only because we keep track of Pop music does it bother us. Its not a problem to casual listeners at all. Most Kanye fans aren't JB fans. Amy Winehouse and Rihanna have different fanbases. Same with Demi and Pixie, Utada and David, and Jadyn Maria and Cobra Starship. Nobody is really aware of it.

No, because it gives us a chance to throw out all the "hot _______ remake!" posts.

No but I was always amused with Ne-Yo's singles/co-written songs having similar titles to Kelly Clarkson's. (Walk Away by Paula DeAnda, Miss Independent, Because of You, etc.)

I've slowly grown tired of similar hooks and titles. As far as pop music goes, I think they have the same titles because a lot of pop music is a constant recycling of the same concepts and themes. How many different ways can you say "I love you," "Come back to me," "Let's go make babies," etc.
But hey, it's all been done before.

Yes, i am so sick of songs called "Beautiful" or have the word "Beautiful" in them. I think there has probably been a song every year since 2002 with Beautiful in it.
Christina Aguilera/Snoop Dogg/Akon/Eminem "Beautiful"
U2 "Beautiful Day" James Blunt "You're Beautiful" Sean Kingston "Beautiful Girls" Beyonce & Shakira "Beautiful Liar" Kelly Clarkson "Beautiful Disaster" Lady Gaga "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" Lesley Roy "Unbeautiful"

I think there has probably been a song every year since 2002 with Beautiful in it. Just for fun, I checked, and the last year that no song with "beautiful" in its title hit the Hot 100 was 1998. The longest consecutive streak of years lacking a "beautiful" title is 1984-1992. This is the first decade since the Hot 100's inception in which every year can claim at least one title containing the word "beautiful." I'm sure everyone else wanted to know this too.

I'm most tired from titles that contain the word 'Crazy'. Everyone from Aerosmith to Britney has used this word in at least one of their songs.

I really don't care about the song titles. What I have grown tired of is all of the manufactured pop acts using the same group of songwriters and the same group of producers using the same tired formulas to create copies of the same songs over and over again. Show some creativity, artistic integrity, originality and genuine artistic identity for once and quit being a manufactured corporatized automaton. >:(

I'd like to see some creative song titles in Pop. Well, not FOB-type titles. Titles like "My Life Would Suck Without You" and "I Do Not Hook Up". Yes, I like those titles.

My favorite one is "I Slept with Someone in Fall Out Boy and All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me." The only problem is I forget what song goes with what title, because the title has absolutely NOTHING to do with the actual content of the song.

I always thought I'm Like A Lawyer With The Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off was f-ing brilliant. The song was great, too.

I think someone else nailed it when they said that pop is not exactly a creative genre most of the time. They sing about a total of 3 different themes and within those themes there are only so many ways to state I love you, I don't love you, and I am clubbing tonight. I always like when an artist does go a little creative with song titles though.

Are we talking about long-ass song titles now? How about: "The Black Hawk War, or, How to Demolish an Entire Civilization and Still Feel Good About Yourself in the Morning, or, We Apologize for the Inconvenience but You're Going to Have to Leave Now, or, 'I Have Fought the Big Knives and Will Continue to Fight Them Until They Are Off Our Lands!'". Or maybe "Riffs and Variations on a Single Note for Jelly Roll, Earl Hines, Louis Armstrong, Baby Dodds, and the King of Swing, to Name a Few" for a 'song' that lasts for 46 seconds? = LIFE

Yeah, it's gotten annoying- the "sober" thing was irritating, no one had ever used to that in my memory and then it seemed everyone was.

My favorite is (easily) "Champagne For My Real Friends, Real Pain For My Sham Friends". That quote wasn't their original idea, though.

Tool: Sober - 1993 Jennifer Paige: Sober - 1999 Muse: Sober - 1999

What I am tired of is that every artist names their compilation albums Greatest hits. It becomes annoying when im browsing through my albums on my ipod and there's like 100 songs under one album.
