Does anyone have an idea, being that Girl is #71 this week, around what number it will be next week?
Also, how are the downloads for this song?

"All 3 of them having writing credits" doesn't mean anything, writing credits can be as little as suggesting to add a comma or switching 2 words around.
Its entirely possible Beyonce wrote the entire song, even Kelly and Michelle's verses, but she gave it to them to review first and they changed some things around. In which case everyone gets writing credits but in actuality Beyonce "wrote" 95% of the song herself. That can't be ruled out, nobody was in the studio with them.

Well the concept of the songs came from the 3day conversation they had, so they help came up with the ideas.

I have a feeling that this will go the same way that My Myself and I did. It will become a hit and Urban and Rhythmic but flop at Pop.

Why is it that every song must be a #1 Top 10 hit for it not to be called a flop. MMI was top 20 for quite awhile and as a 3rd single during a different time period MMI did rather well. A flop is if your first single barely cracks top 20 then plummets down the charts within weeks of its initial release.

Following up two consecutive multi-week #1s, a song that peaked at #18 and failed to go recurrent had to have been a disappointment. Of course, it did much better on other formats.

LOL sorry but what is a #1 top 10? He just meant a #1 hit, but was adding on to it by saying top 10.

"Girl" just shot at #20 on the "Urban" charts and also moves up to #16 on the "Urban AC" charts...of course it's underperforming, but "Cater 2 U" will definitely be doing better than this single...

This is arguably the most (unintentionally) entertaining video of the year. The acting, lmao.
