This was on Oven Fresh Keepers on Fuse yesterday. All Access says it goes for adds February 3, why so long after the video is released?

You saw the video on TV? How is it? Standard rap video fare, with cash money and hoes all over the place? It's the 2nd single off the Love Don't Cost a Thing soundtrack, as well as Murphy's debut solo album.
I've been wanting to see it...I know they shot the video on Halloween in St. Louis, and it is just premiering on TV now. Why wait 6-7 weeks to release the video?
Maybe because they wanted to milk "What Da Hook Gon Be" for all it's worth, and releasing a new video would kill that song, while it was still Top 10 and rising on Rhythmic/Urban, and it's just starting to pick up on Pop now, going Top 40. I think it may have some legs on Pop, but nothing major.
That could also be another reason as to why they are holding off on the video, because it is the 2nd single from the LDCAT soundtrack, and maybe they don't want to put it out while the first single (Busta, Chingy, Nick Cannon's "Shorty" is just starting to heat up).
Anyways, I like this song, I like the beat and the hook isn't bad either. Sleepy Brown is also featured on the hook.
I don't know if I will end up liking it more than "Hook", but time will tell I guess.

BET plays the video ocassionally, it's quite low budget looking, I haven't even seen the full thing.
I don't think I'll end up liking this more than I did "Hook"

I remembered seeing the video once on BET. I liked this song better than "Wat Da Hook Gon Be"... based on one listen...

They will probably reshoot the video. The original does look very low budget

^ Why would they re-shoot the video?
It does suck, but I dont see why they'd spend more money on a re-shoot
the song is kinda growing on me, though

They might re-shoot because they would probably never really play the video they have for the song now. Fans wont like it either, in my opinion

I love this song. With the songs I have heard so far I think that I will buy Murphy's new cd. I haven't seen the video but if a re-shoot will help this song out I say go for it. It is not as catchy as WDHGB but it could still do better good. Top 20 probably

I have Murphy's album, I got it the day it came out...I'm a Nelly/St. Lunatics fan so I thought I'd support.
I like the album as a whole, this song is pretty good but the video sucks.
For the longest time, I thought they said "M O B E D" Im like...whats a MOBED? But then someone pointed out to me that they are saying "L O V E Me"
I wonder why Sleepy Brown isn't in the video...I can't differentiate his parts from Jazze Pha's, though
