This is Number 49 on CHR-Rhythmic but I haven't heard of the artist until now and there are no posts about him until now. It's on So So Def. It did something rare. Its 13 CHR-Rhythmic leaders have no W stations. 12 are K stations and the other is CKEY Canada/Buffalo. It has three Urban leaders including W and K stations. It is Number 110 and +5 on Urban, so it will do much better on CHR-Rhythmic.

This has entered the Urban Top 50 and is an making him an early candidate for new artist of the year (if he is new) on CHR-Rhythmic radio.

This would have been the biggest mover of the week on the Hot 100 this week if it wasn't for Usher and Lil' Jon's "Yeah" which moved up 26 slots.
"Tipsy" rocketed up 20 slots this week, from #96 to #76.
It's a pretty hot song, although I've only heard it once, not on radio, but download.
Could he be 2004's Chingy?

He's gaining over 1000 spins on Rhythmic and over 400 on Urban. :o

I can't speak for everyone else, but this IS THE CLUB JAM in Va. right now...I love it.
I am wondering if J-Kwon might not come close to challenging the 1st-week numbers of Twista (280k). I know alot of people are waiting for his album b/c of this song.

All this crunk/rolling of 'r's is getting out of control! >:( I am so sick of hearing these types of songs. I do admit thought that the song is very catchy and for that reason I can see why it is doing well on the formats that are charting it.

lol, you make it sound like CHR/Rhythmic and Urban never played these type of music prior to 2004. And please, this song doesn't have the "crunk" sound courtesy of Lil' Jon.

Ugh! I can't stand this song with a passion. I don't know how the heck it is doing well on Urban and Rhythmic. It is so boring, stupid, and typical. I refuse to chart it on my Urban personal chart.

Just heard this song for the first time this weekend, when my little cousin who's visiting made me listen to it on his walkman... this is really a good song! This isnt my favorite sub-genre of rap, but it caught me on first listen... its so catchy! Then to my surprise I heard this in a club here 2 night ago, mixed in with year-old rap songs and italian pop songs lol.

My friends and I have elected this as our favorite ghetto hip hop song right now. It's like "Grindin'" but with much dumber lyrics, which just makes it more fun to dance to when we're out.
