Billboard shows this as the lead single instead of Love Can Move Mountains going to radio the week of September 6. They did not specify alternative or adult, but Love Can Move Mountains seems like the latter. I guess we won't know until it's heard. But this goes out next month to radio.

Considering Billboard publishes their radio adds dates based on info from the labels, it's one and the same.

Maybe you just read it wrong? Notes & Rhymes is the name of the album. The album is being released August 11th in the US btw.

I honestly don't think it matters. The Proclaimers are most likely not going to see Rock/Alt play, they will get AAA for the most part.

Phew. Luckily you do not have to see it to make it a fact. It's already there. And I agree that no matter what they put out, alternative radio will not play much of it. But again, 17 came out of the gate strong.
