Thanks!
I'm waiting impatiently for Daughtry to fall off.

it seems that If Today Was Your Last Day found some big increase during this week, it's #13 right now on the mediabase chart

That's what I absolutely loathe about AC chart rules... anything under the top 10 that has been in the chart for x amount of weeks gets shafted to a recurrent chart. Yet domineering titles like Leona Lewis, Gavin Rossdale, Daughtry, Jason Mraz can spend almost a YEAR in the top 10 (blocking other singles from entering simply because they waited too long outside the top 10 and got shafted).
This is definitely one chart that needs its rules changed. If a song spends 40+ weeks in the top 10 and that's okay with Billboard, then why can't a song that has patiently waited and tried to get into the top 10 for many weeks, stay in the top 20?? Why should positions 11 and under get screwed because they entered the top 10 for one week but got bumped down a notch or two and had already been in the top 20 for x-amount of weeks be pushed to a recurrent chart when you have these other singles in the top 10 that won't budge?
AC definitely crafts its playlists around the Billboard AC chart. When these great acts like Missy Higgins, Simply Red, Landon Pigg, Plumb, etc... were in the chart, they were played frequently on AC stations - but I noticed that almost immediately when the singles were deleted from the AC chart, the AC stations also stopped playing them. Missy Higgins had some great momentum going for her - she was played quite heavily on AC, building up steam. She spent a week in the AC top 10 after climbing slowly for many weeks, she fell out of the top 10 after one week and was almost immediately removed from the chart. And that exact time, AC radio stopped playing her single. I was very disappointed about this because I was hoping this would launch/kickstart her career here and the single "Where I Stood" had great crossover potential. But not anymore.
