Alicia's on a roll that's much more deserved than Usher-- I like that she's actually doing better with her run than Usher, as far as Urban and R&B go. I thought this song was much less instantaneous than the first two singles but just as good. The lead single is neo-soul, "If I Ain't Got You" is classic soul, and this is really contemporary. I love them all.

This is my favorite song from the album. J Records has done great picking the singles for this project, something they screwed up last time for her. I think the three best songs on the album have been picked thus far.

so what should have been the right choices in your opinions for songs in a minor? Anything over "How Come You Don't Call Me". I would have personally preferred "Troubles".

so what should have been the right choices in your opinions for songs in a minor? "Fallin'" was the only right one. Any of the following songs are better than "A Woman's Worth" and "How Come You Don't Call Me": "Goodbye", "Troubles", "Butterflyz", "Jane Doe", "Girlfriend".

J Records has done great picking the singles for this project, something they screwed up last time for her. Strongly agree w/ both parts of this statement. I'm happy to see "Diary" as the third single too... although it seems a little early to get started with it already. Then again, I haven't been here so I'm not completely sure just how long "IIAGY" has been getting strong airplay, although it appears to still be going pretty strong and was still gaining at Rhythmic last I checked.

It's a great song. Heard it on the radio tonight and it sounded very good. Yes, I agree, the song sounds absolutely beautiful on the radio. I am so happy they picked "Diary," to be released. It is my favorite song on the album.

I looooove "Diary", I love how she trades lines with the male singer...is it John Legend who sings with Kanye?
Either way, it's so good

Wasnt "girlfriend" released but never took off before "fallin"? I could be mistaken but I thought I remembered hearing Girlfriend before Fallin....as a matter of fact didnt a remix have Busta Rhymes on it?

It was released internationally. Don't think it got an official release here.

Yea, there was a remix to "Fallin" with Busta and Krucial Keys. I loved that remix, it was tight. All the male vocals are done by a member of Tony! Toni! Tone! Oh ok...makes sense, being that the song features them.

I like this song, but I prefer her other singles on the album to this one.
Everybody and their mother sings the chorus to If I Ain't Got You lol.

Is that the highest debut for one of her singles?

This song is blowing up. It should be Top 10 by next week. I'm so happy for Alicia. She's like my savior of urban music.

I hope Alicia takes a few dancing lessons and releases HeatBurn next!! i LOVE that song! I woul dlike to see her doing some good choreography for it and doin a good performance..eventhough I think this song would be better for Beyonce considering she is a good performer and she knows how to "work it" better, but I hope alicia releases it next!!!

If she releases another single, (which is more than likely considering "Diary" should be another Top 5 hit and "My Boo" could end up hitting #1 on the Hot 100), it definitely looks like it's between "Karma" and "So Simple". Those are the two tracks radio has really attached themselves to among the album tracks. Other than those, "If I Was Your Woman," "Dragon Days," and "Heartburn" are the only other potential singles since Alicia even sings them on tour, but radio hasn't really gone after those few.
I'd say the edge is towards "Karma" although Alicia and J love to release the slow jams so I wouldn't be surprised if they go with "So Simple". I do think whatever she releases though will not perform as well as her past few singles.
"So Simple" is really the only non-single left that I like, but if they go with something else, I won't complain because I got the three that I wanted.

Which is the one Timbaland produced, "Heartburn"?
I need to get her album
I love Alicia so much, she's awesome and so talented. Im happy she is getting all this success. Diary should be another #1 hit for her and My Boo will have the same fate as well.
Go Alicia

I think the album is incredibly song and there really isn't a song I dislike. I'd like the fourth single to be "Heartburn", but "Karma" would be okay too.

It doesnt sound anything like a normal Tim track, its kind of old school, and i like the way she delivers on it
