Taking off on CHR/Pop. CREED Rain 33 3 (33 new spins, 3 new stations add)
Hmmm, this is perfect to crossover. What was their last CHR/Pop hit?

I believe Don't Stop Dancing was their last single to chart in the top 50 on pop, but I forgot where it peaked.
Other than that, One Last Breath was their last big single. It peaked at #4 on pop.

Really like this song. This album is doing nothing but impressing me so far. Also a good sign that this is already taking off on pop with no adds date.

This is pretty good. Where have they been for the past 5+ years?

^It's going slow, but at least it's doing something. Interesting to note, all of their songs to hit the pop chart have gone top 10. It's against the odds, but I hope this can continue that tradition.

This is fantastic, but I thought it would have exploded into the top 40 by now. I think the quality of the song, coupled with a "comeback" story of an extremely popular band, proves that the face of pop radio has changed again. Rock songs are not making it right now, at least not the generic sounding ones. 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Creed, Theory of a Deadman, sorry guys.
Too bad. I love this song.

I really want this one to be a hit, but its lacking what their 4 big pop hits had, which is their edge fro back when they were huge.
Still a great song though.

Word. "Don't Stop Dancing" never made it past the top of New & Active. I like this a lot despite being as ready as anyone to see Creed go away forever back in 2002.

One thing I should clarify is that I can't stand Scott, wanted to see Alterbridge be successful and didn't ever want to see Creed get back together.
I still love this song. It's really just good.

35 38 36 CREED Rain Wind-up 2009 1066 988 78
Did this song even go for adds? Even if it did, I'm pretty shocked by how well it's doing. Would love to see it continue their top 10 streak but I can't imagine that happening. Fingers crossed.
I'm a bit surprised how much like this song. It's definitely one of my favorites by them and one of the best songs of the year for me. They were a huge part of my adolescence but were more of a "singles" band. I think My Own Prison might be their only album I've listened to in full. Really excited they're back!

I think My Own Prison might be their only album I've listened to in full. Really excited they're back! I agree. "Full Circle" is a strong album as well, in my opinion. Sure, Stapp's vocals have lost some of the edge, but he's still a most capable, booming rock vocalist, especially on tracks like "Away In Silence" and "A Thousand Faces". As for Tremonti, he's been given more space than ever musically, and thus makes for a more dense record from Creed musically, particularly with the number of solos on the album. In fact, I'd say this is their best album since their debut. This comeback is clearly a commercial disaster as it stands right now, which is a tragic shame because it really does seem like Stapp has been consciously trying to mature from his scandalous ways earlier in the decade, and it is inspiring that the four band members were willing to set their egos aside, listen to each other and reband to begin with, which even those who have never liked their music has to respect immensely................yet this testament of resilience and rebirth has not translated to commercial success with its sales only above 200,000 in the United States so far. Sincerely, Lisping Hibiscus

Growing on me. Considered it for an add this week, but went with All the Right Moves and Telephone, instead.
