Five For Fighting is #1 again. I doubt Sheryl Crow is going to get to #1 at this point. Despite being 7 spins away from falling out of the top 10 just a few days ago, Uncle Kracker moves back up 10-8*. Looking at songs 11-15, it's going to be a LONG time before anything bumps Uncle Kracker out now. The only song within 500 spins of the top 10 is "Buy Me A Rose", which hasn't even had a bullet for the last two weeks. I'd say the only thing that could keep Uncle Kracker from staying on the chart for another two months now is if Celine's new song soars into the top 10, and who knows, it could be Train that she bumps out, not Uncle Kracker. Lionel Richie makes the top 10. 3 Doors Down is really surprising me(and most everyone else, I'd imagine) with their AC success with "Here Without You". The song moves up 14-12* this week, but will still have a hard time going top 10.

What's the longevity record since they implemented the 50/10 recurrent rule last year?

The 50/10 recurrent rule was actually implemented about this time in 2002. The record since then was, I believe, "If You're Gone" by Matchbox Twenty, with 80 weeks on I think. I hope that Uncle Kracker falls off before then, otherwise we'll be hearing it on AT10 all summer!

Of course, it was different for AT20, who were following a then messed up version of the AC chart.

Oh yeah, that's right. After booting out seven ancient songs from the chart, that allowed songs to enter sooner on AT20 than they hit the R&R Top 20. "If You're Gone" was one of them. And, of course, there were several songs that never even made the Top 20 of the R&R AC chart at all (i.e. "Wish I Could Fly" by Roxette, "Gotta Get Back" by Shelby Lynne, and "Friends Never Say Goodbye" by Elton John, which I believe peaked at number 21 for about a month on R&R's chart.)
