This goes for adds July 12. I think this one is decent. It's better than "The Way".

this should be successful at AC and possibly crossover to Hot AC, and you really never know with the fact that he does have a huge teenage fanbase, so maybe even N&A in Pop. But with it being a third single, kind of hard to predict.

This is probably the best song on Measure Of A Man. For some reason, I think it will do better at Hot AC than AC. If it goes to Pop, I think it will either be top 5 or won't even go top 40.

I'm surprised they're even releasing another single after "The Way" flopped.
Would like to see I Survived You be a single though.

I love this song! I also like "I Survived You" and "Run To Me."
"The Way" was a crappy single release. One of my least favorite songs on the album.

'The Way' was a terrible choice for a release. I personally think that 'No More Sad Songs' is the obvious smash hit on the album. Just my opinion. I don't think 'I Will Carry You' will do anything.

I can't find this song anymore on the All Access adds page. :(

It was supposed to go for adds on Hot/Modern AC (not Mainstream, apparently) on 12 July, and on CHR/Pop on 13 July. Right now, I'm only seeing it on CHR/Pop, and the impact date has been pushed back to 27 July. I assume that a replacement adds date on Hot/Modern/AC will be posted soon (26 July, maybe?).

Great lyrics. It could've been this year's graduation song! :)

158 spins in its 2nd week, +93, with 29 stations playing. So it's doing pretty well so far -- guess the question is whether it continues to get picked up by more stations in the format.
ETA: Evening update...171 spins, +106 with 29 stations playing.

THe problem here is that the record company isn't really promoting the song at all. It should have been the second single, but by now, the CD is almost a year old, and RCA isn't going to get much return-on-investment if they spend too much promoting it. Hence it has very little chance on Pop, even if it deserves it. That's the way the CD bounces....

Dick Clark played it as this week's preview on the US Music Survey.
