Agree Theotrakis! LOVE THIS SONG. And Pink would ahve just owned it and then some. A duet would be hot. This girl has so many hot unreleased left overs/written songs for others that it is really a crime so many of them haven't even leaked.

This song fully convinced me after I saw the first couple of performances on youtube... and when I heard it on OHP, it was the icing on the cake. I found myself singing while walking by my office. Well, this has Pink's trace all over it, but Adam makes a convincing performance of this too, especially the way he sings the verses. I think FYE was just not that radio-friendly and programmers were hesitant about it. Then with the AMA fiasco, it was better left in oblivion and pass to another song that had already been spun in OHP. Curiously, this is smashing early in the biggest radios oriented to gay markets. This does not sound like rocket science to me, but a reasonable understanding of what's going on here rather than whoring the word Payola. Besides, this is a HOT song to hear!  |

Not a great update. I figured with all the new adds yesterday the updates will get better, not worse, but guess these things just take their time.
Does anyone know how serious is the Christmas freeze for CHR? I know AC is heavily affected, but does it make a song's climb that much harder on CHR as well?

There will still be movement on the chart for three more weeks or so, although things will slow down. The actual freeze where almost everyone's bullet will be a little below zero doesn't last that long.

as of today, Daddy KRBE in Houston on board! And daddy WSTR in Atlanta just joined him. ;) +21 in real time already. Why Pink didn't keep this track for her is a mystery to me! Not to me. I've been a Pink fan since There You Go and what I like about her is that she's always true to herself. Pink was down when she released Funhouse because of breaking up with her husband and WWFM was a too optimistic song for her album, and I think she knew this song was too good to be used just as an Itunes bonus track. Had they already gotten back together by the time Funhouse was released, I think WWFM would have been included. |

I would LOVE to hear P!nk's version of this. Not that Adam's isn't great but you can just tell P!nk would have killed this track even more. It has her footprints all over it. I think the rumor that she cut this track off Funhouse because she got back with Carey makes sense as this sounds like it would have been a strong single option for P!nk.

The other top 40 station in Atlanta will probably play and add the song before WSTR does. RCA is scrambling, Adam now has two hosting gigs lined up for Jingle Balls, he's hosting the Z100 concert. I guess that's the cost of getting them to spin the song 5 or more times a day. |

I was talking about WSTR in Atlanta. Theo said that the WIHT spins were part of the Open House Party, and that the one today was the first one that wasn't an Open House Party spin. |

Z100, KIIS, Dallas, DC all added the song. the Atlanta one might be a test spin but hey ... test spins count too. i have no doubt this song is testing well and they will eventually add it. |

Fell off the Z100 Interactive 9@9 but no sign for alarm...there was a big shake up on the countdown tonight with several songs falling off from last night.
However, "Whatya Want From Me" was played at 8:40pm so it's almost like the station knew it wouldn't make the countdown in advance. Either way Adam got his daily evening spin on the #1 Top 40 station in the country!
