Hard to form much of an opinion from those short clips but it does build excitement. Up to #51 on itunes...almost top 50 again!

Alex, the album is very strong...one of my favorites released in 2009. I always listen to it straight through. Fav tracks include: "Music Again", "A Loaded Smile", "Broken Open"...and surprisingly "Soaked" has grown on me a lot lately.

"sleepwalker" a standard generic-American-Idol-pop-rock song? get out! i think that song is pop perfection.

IMO, best rock/pop album since "Funhouse". I have a different favorite song every day. LOVE IT.

Theo, love ya, but I can't get behind Sleepwalker. It was good when I first got the album but eventually became Tedderized drivel.

I agree, the album is wonderful. I have had the same favorite since its release: Pick U Up. It sounds like an All-American Rejects style hit, and anyone who underestimates the power of that simply needs to review last years spins for Gives You Hell, or the hit that was Move Along.

^ You think they're going to release 6 singles off this cd? I would love it but unless WWFM completely smashes and ofcourse the rest of his singles, I mean beyond Top 10, I don't know if it'll go that far. Seems like only the Bey and Gaga types release that many. Have any of the idols with RCA ever had that many singles even Daughtry who are very successful? Just curious cause right now I see four singles.

Considering that he performed that at the AMA's and the music video that doesn't look cheap, I'm not sure how they can ignore it. But its great that they moved quickly from it, still don't know if they will release that many singles though but if the album is selling and they fell like its worth it, I'm sure it's not impossible.

Kelly released 5 singles from Breakaway: Breakaway, SUBG, Behind these hazel eyes, Because of you and Walk away. Carrie also released 5 if you count Inside your heaven that didn't have a video.

This song/era had so much potential. Getting harder and harder to see this becoming a huge hit. Idol doesn't have the pull it use to. Besides Kelly and Carrie, and maybe Daughtry (even tho they've stumbled), there's no legit stars from Idol still around. Idol is a hasbeen machine.

LOL this definitely wins for most off-base comment of the day. There are plenty of criticisms you could launch at Adam and this album, but both he and the album are the opposite of generic Idol pop-rock. WWFM is the only song that I would say fits into that description, but its one of the best songs released by an Idol alum.

I still think this will take off eventually. Especially now that sales are finally in line with the airplay, and they will only get better with Oprah and the video around the corner.

I'm surprised that this only had 4 pop adds yesterday. But it does seem like adds were down, except for the heavy weights, and songs like "According To You" that are smashing. It also looks like the new Pitbull song will pass this, but that will be cushioned by the Shakira song falling like a rock.

Wow, I am kind of surprised that this is moving so slow...I really thought this would take off post holidays. The only thing I can think of is maybe things are still slow from the freeze and new stations will begin to add this and increase spins more heavily in the next few weeks.

No doubt the music video (this Friday) and Oprah (Jan. 19) will help but I hope that's enough.

I think If I Had You should have been released as the first single back in late Sep. or early October, it would have taken off. I remember TFM got really high on itunes when it was first released based on excitement and hype, but the song had no staying power so it had a really fast drop. I think TFM kind of messed up this era, it being the first song he put out absorbed a lot of the initial excitement, but I think the era is slowly recovering with WWFM.
