Look what I come in to see this beautiful morning (okay afternoon now)!
Top 30 in pop, great update (I was worried because spins seemed off on yes.com yesterday)
#17 on iTunes, holy crap!!
The album is still moving up... anyone check Amazon lately?
Now if we can just get some decent adds next week, I'll be 100% content.

Happy to see the Oprah effect he's having digitally. It'll be interesting to see where this song will be on iTunes in the next few days. My guess is it will settle somewhere back in between 20-30 on iTunes in a couple of days. It would probably need to be gaining spins faster to remain in to the top 20.

A few more bunches of down loads and he will be in the top 10. We are almost there now. I'll tweet another message if we trend this we could get him number one in possibly the next few hours.

lol yeah, I'm sure those 10-20 fans are solely responsible for WWFM's iTunes rise.  I didn't even think multiple purchases counted anyway, unless you're gifting it to someone. Someone should tell them they're wasting their $. |

There is an Oprah effect, and there also is an OTT fan effect added to that. It's the facts of Idol fandom. Adam isn't special in that regard. BTW, I'm not talking to you, but just in general to various comments above--trolls are people who have nothing to offer and just come into a thread to hate without reason. Posters who offer opinion or comments with reasoning behind it aren't trolls, and it's disrespectful to call them that. This isn't a fan board. People are allowed not to like Adam the artist, or Adam's music, and they're allowed to say so without getting beaten down because they aren't being fanboys or fangirls. |

It's taken WWFM thousands of new downloads to get that high, and I doubt some OTT fans on a board have contributed much. But hey, if they wanna waste their money on something they already have, I doubt Adam minds...lol.

Glad to see this going up! It's a really good song, so I hope it keeps going! :)
And 20 rabid fans buying 7 copies aren't going to make a dent on Itunes, Miley fans, Beyonce fans, Britney fans, ect try with download days, and it doesn't work....so shove the lame excuess...I mean lambs do that all the time, and their rabid, yet you don't see Mimi's songs shooting up.
Why do people always discount other artists...SMH.

Yeah it's typical fan behavior. It only seems to work on Twitter with Justin Bieber's songs.  He was on Oprah, of course it will have an effect. Not to mention the video premiering a few days ago. And the iTunes jump wasn't even that enormous. I don't know why any other explanations are even necessary. |

He's officially got the highest charting single by an openly gay artist since 1996 right now.
Ferras was #62 or #63 on the Hot 100 and WWFM was #65 last week, so this week he finally broke the record. Now if only he can get better than #22 on the Hot 100, he'll beat Melissa Etheridge's 1996 record.

How on God's green earth did TFM manage to get to #50 on the Hot 100? Does anyone know how much it sold its first week? Not bad for a song that had about 10 spins a day or less at its peak.
