He'll pass Britney, Kelly and Taylor the next few days. Shouldn't take very long. After that there's nothing on the way down except Down, but it is falling slowly and is still more than 1,000 spins away. Meanwhile Baby and Blah Blah Blah are gaining spins like crazy and it looks like they will pass him soon. So if he gets to the top 20 it might only be for a short while, and then he'll be stuck right outside of it waiting for Whatcha Say and Fireflies to fall down.
Hopefully he'll start getting those 100+ updates to speed up the process.

^ He had two small updates last week because of OHP, +49 at Sunday morning and +16 at Monday morning, so I think he will increase the bullet then and hopefully will gain enough to remain inside the top 20 even when "Blah Blah Blah" and "Baby" arrive. OLLG stalled at #21 I think. But Baby has more support from rhythmic leaning stations because of the Ludacris feature.
