www.myspace.com/violentsohoNot bad. According to FMQB, goes for adds January 26th. Comes from their debut album, coming out from Universal in early 2010 and produced by Gil Norton. Kind of reminds me of old school grunge.

All i heard was The Pogues/Nirvana when I first heard this. The strange part to me was that as much I was a grunger back in the day, I'm not as immediately interested in this as I would have thought. We'll see if it grows.

Streamed this a couple times from All Access the past two weeks.
All I can say is this song nimbly shows all the angsty, macho post-grunge bands of the past decade everything they've been getting so wrong for so long.
I would love to see this song catch fire, even if it does sound straight out of the mid-90's.

Just the name alone makes me want to hear this.

With only one listen, I didn't think too much of this, but for some reason I want to listen again. It could be a grower on me.

I was confused and not following at first, either, so I listened to it again and although there's a little too much distortion in the guitars and a little too much snarl in the vocals most of the time, this otherwise would fit perfectly on the Blue Album.

I'm not one of those elitist fans that thinks everything after the Blue Album is worthless, I mean, most of their latest singles have done great on my chart. But after them retaining a bit of their classic punch with "Pork and Beans", this song sounds like something that with a little less heaviness and screaming, would've been fitting for them to do on the Red Album.

My Alt station is bringing them to town for a special $1.05 show. Too bad I'm working that night. I'd totally go check 'em out for that price. :(

Yeah, I'm suprised that this is doing so well. Is almost like twenty year old rejected Mudhoney track.
