Debuted today on Sirius as the lead single from upcoming album. Remember when these guys used to rock? The singer is in full Mick Jagger vocal mode on this one. I'd be surprised if this makes a move on Modern.

Just a heads up, all of the songs from this album are going to be released one at a time online over the course of next year, so if I were Artie I wouldn't make a thread for every single song.

That's gutsy, but I guess with Apple selling so well digitally, almost everyone puts their tracks for individual purchase. If anything sounds like this, I doubt they get any radio play from any of them.

Growing another 30 spins this week. Maybe this band's not done yet?

At least one of the songs from this whole "album" should do well.

Is it the only new track on a hits package or B sides or something? Why the "album" comment?

Is it the only new track on a hits package or B sides or something? Why the "album" comment? Because it's not really an album. It's as I said. All the songs from this project are going to be released online, one at a time, over the course of the year. There's 44 songs, I think.

I get that, and as I said nearly every single band and artist releases their tracks individually these days to digital retailers. That's not new. Now if The Smashing Pumpkins send 40+ singles for radio to play, then we have something new. And quite disturbing.

The first EP is set for release now that the fourth song has been released. I'm actually liking these so far.
Easily though my favorite is "A Stitch In Time" with "Astral Planes" growing on me with each listen. I highly doubt anything will actually get to radio with much impact because of the way they are being released and promoted but if the songs get good reviews (which they have been so far) we may see some of the future releases get more radio play.

It would be nice to hear these guys on the radio again.

That might be nice. I think I only heard this twice when it was pushed at radio. Nobody's interested any more I guess.

It would have been pretty cool had this been pushed for airplay. It's a great song. I'll be following along the whole TbK project.
