Oh come on, everyone needs some motivation to kick ass and chew bubble gum. That's what hardcore is for. ;) Not crap like the "wrestler rock" stuff that Active Rock radio plays. Give me some Hatebreed, Bleeding Through, Throwdown, Sick of It All, Agnostic Front, Madball, etc., over that stuff any day.

Eh, I can't get into hardcore. This is going to sound ironic in the face of how some people feel about hard rock, but I've tried to get into bands like Hatebreed and found all the songs sound exactly the same to me. Like literally the same, like all they did was swap out the lyrics. And they all seem to flow the same way too. There's just not enough real hook anywhere for me to grab onto.

I can't stand hardcore, which sucks because there is a plethora of hardcore bands in my area.

I haven't been able to get into hardcore either. Like I saw Shai Hulud open up for New Found Glory last year and while I could see why people could be into them, I think I need to hear lyrics clearly to really enjoy a song. Every song sounds basically the same to me just with different forms of screaming.

it depends. This is their fourth top 10 and it could stay that way Could you rephrase your point? I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying that this song won't peak much higher and this is the best that it will do, or that they won't have anymore top 10 songs after this? I mean looking at that bullet, I have a feeling this baby is going top 5, which I believe I predicted earlier in the thread. "37 Stitches" peaked at #6 on active rock if I'm remembering correctly, so especially given how long that song stuck around, FLID is going to have to go top 5 and have some degree of longevity on the chart in order to supplant 37S as their biggest active rock CHART hit. I don't think anything will ever replace "Bodies" as their biggest song in actuality.

Looks like a battle between this and "Let Me Hear You Scream" for the next #1.

Hardly. One of the two will be the next #1, I'm sure.
