Currently moving up the country charts, has a nice video. Could this beautiful ballad be another crossover hit for her? It's pretty much a pop song, despite some 'country' instrumentation in the background that could be mixed out for mainstream. Although I guess it could be ignored by AC stations playing "This One's For the Girls" for the umpteenth time, but that'd be a shame. Does the label have plans to promote it there?

Are they going to push this or are they going to push "In My Daughter's Eyes"? I prefer this one.

I think "In My Daughter's Eyes" should be pushed, but why not push "How Far" as well? You would have to wait like 60 weeks though before you could push a 3rd single on AC unless you want to see another "Forever And For Always" killing "It Only Hurts When I'm Breathing" FEAFA gained 80 something spins last weeks and IOHWIB lost over 100

It's the best single so far from her current album, but it's stalling a bit at country right now. If it falters there I don't think they'll bother with AC.

Why not? It's more suited to AC anyway.

I just don't think her label will even bother if it doesn't pick up at country.
The song still has a bullet at country, but it's small and two other songs have passed it.
