So I like me some urban radio, mainly for the hip hop but I enjoy my share of R&B. A trend I've noticed is that many urban stations (e.g. WQBT and WEAS in Savannah) run "smooth jamz" after 10-ish, basically they're sex music shows. Hell, 'EAS calls their program "Between The Sheets". But I almost died laughing when I found this doozy... The Golden Girl at Power 99 Philly Let's see, her nickname is "The Original Whip Cracker", and some of her key features include "DNA Mondays," in which one lucky listener can have a DNA test to see who their baby's daddy is. Not to mention "Lock Down Love Dedications", where someone can give a shout out to their significant other who happens to be behind bars. GEEZ! It's like a four-hour remix of "Candy Shop" or "Locked Up"!
