This starts out promising, but then it just turns out flat and boring.
He pumps out hot beats for Mariah and Usher, and then he gives this to himself?? You're kiddin me rite JD??

I guess no1 else has noticed JD goes into a cylce of producing hot stuff for a while and then producing loads of crap.
But the beat to this isnt bad at all, but JD is just WACK as hell when it comes to being a rapper.

I wouldn't be worried. Jermaine usually uses his best production on people other then himself. (i.e. this being not very good and the stuff he did with Mariah was great) Money Ain't a Thang and Welcome To Atlanta were def awesome prods by JD. I remember some pretty good tracks that he produced on earlier albums too. I don't think this is the case all the time, that he gives other ppl the best beats. I just think he doesn't know what will fit with his weak flow, and confusingly ends up choosing the wrong beats for himself. |

I just think he knows he's not as marketable and successful as an artist, so his hot beats go out to people who will actually be able to make them popular. Then his leftovers make his album. |

I first heard the version with Missy, and I was pissed to know that they took her off the radio & video versions of the song. Because in MY HONEST OPINION, Missy MAKES this song. The video sucks aside from some of those hot girls
The hook is very catchy, I've always thought so...and the beat is kind of hot, IMO
It's one of those mediocre/average songs that isn't bad, but nothing that special either
I just heard the remix with Missy last night for the first time and I didnt know there was a remix with her on it.
I agree that the song is better with her on it, without her its just kind of average and boring, like I said. It immediately caught my ear and made me not want the song to end, when I heard her on it.
