Pint-sized R&B superstar Lil' Mo has pushed back her junior release 'Syndicated (The Lil' Mo Hour)' to June. A single called 'Dem Boyz' (produced by Chucky Thompson) was recently leaked from the album and has become an instant hit at radio stations across the country. Now the singer is rushing to shoot a music video to accompany the record. Lil' Mo is now signed to Cash Money Record's newest venture, Roun'Table Entertainment ... SOURCE : bv.channel.aol.com/entmain/buzz_canvas?id=20050415074909990001======= From what I've heard, its a hot golddiggin hoodrat smash anthem! And again, this will now be "the official first single" from the album.

Its a waste of money to make all these videos without even having an album out. Perhaps if they used the money they are spending on videos on promoting her album, she would be able to sell. If she is on her 3rd vdieo/single right now, how many damn singles are they really gonna release by the time the album comes out? Are they having to keep sending her back to the studio since nothing she is doing is actually taking off? They need to wait until she actually makes something good that will actually be a hit before they keep making videos for songs that will flop.

Her album has been done since last year. She's not rerecording stuff...
The first 2 videos were shot the same week. It's not like she just went and shot them at seperate times. She was pregnant and they had to knock another video out before she started showing, because if "Yeah Yeah Yeah" took off, by the time it was over the album would be coming out, and she'd be needing to drop another video, and she'd be in her 9th month getting ready to have the baby. Then they just ended up pushing the album back and she was left with 2 videos on the shelf. It was actually good planning on their part, but they just didn't realize Mo had a flop on her hands.
"Mother of Your Child" wasn't released, and pretty much nobody has even heard it other than people who've seen the video online. They're pushing the video for "Dem Boyz" because its starting to take off.
Plenty of people have shot videos for cancelled flop singles...

I have no idea how they could listen to "yeah, yeah, yeah" and not know that they had a major flop on their hands. They had a better chance wit that "hot girls" song.

Cash Money and FLOP were meant for each other. I hope she realizes what she has done by going with them and get a deal with someone who knows what they are doing.

You know, I don't like this song at all. I love Mo, but this is not my cup of tea. And I agree that it is messy and Lil' Mo's usually not messy. It's strange. This is like a song that you write in the studio when you have no inspiration on your worst day, but no Lil' Mo and Cash Money decide to push it as an official first single. Hmmm... not smart, at all.

Her best song is 4 Ever. Maybe she should make more songs like that.

I didn't know she had other songs out besides Dem Boys. The beat is HOTT but the lyrics are whack.....Lil Mo should leave Cash Money ASAP....4- Ever is her best song since I've only heard her singles and neva bought one of her albums. I also like "Gangsta" from her debut.

Add me to the list of people who think "4 Ever" is her best song. In fact, I love that one, and I think all her other songs are weak.
