Laidback Luke was mediocre at best. Sounded like he was trying to be a more tame Skrillex... :\
didn't work for me. That said, it is the best remix.

I had said earlier that I was enjoyind Eddie Baez' mix, but now I'm leaning a bit more towards Paulo's mix. The dropout at the 5:00 mark is quite flattering for the track. Then he adds a really nice buildup that works very well. The vocals seem a lot less overbearing in this mix. I still don't think the song is good, but the mix gives it a little more breathing room.

I love a couple of the remixes you've posted such as the Aleko Remixes for this song and Paulo's. Everything matches up pretty well, some of the levels are off (certain portions of the mix too loud, other sections too soft). All the vocals are lined up with the beats good, so that's great. The chords and the key-signature matches up perfectly, so overall I'd have to say pretty impressive! Is this original production or a mashup? |
