 For those of you who haven't heard Kimberley Locke's (American Idol Season 2 3rd runner up I think?) new single, "Strobelight" you should check it out. She's aiming straight for the Billboard Dance Chart with this single. Hosh gurelli is hinting Tonys mix might not come out but that is so dumb...it has huge buzz and Kimberley herself even talked about it.
I'm seeing tony next wknd so I'll ask him if we don't know more by then.
Fingers crossed this won't be kept pvt

It doesn't make sense to not release something that has gotten a good response. But we cannot get into the minds of the people who are in charge of the projects to know the rhyme and reason for why they do what they do. Hopefully it will see a release. |

Just previewed the Tony Moran Mix. Its good, but I think I like the DJ Renegade Club Mix better, more energy in that one. Gonna give one of them a spin tonight around midnight & see how it goes :)

Heard the edit of Tony & Warren's. I like it. It's not as hard hitting and epic as some had been saying. Perhaps the club mix is different. I know this would sound great in a club though. I imagine a dub of their mix would offer what I'm seeking.

Just heard the club mix of Tony & Warren's. This has the much-needed drama and buildups and breakdowns. It's really good. I have been informed there is a dub of their mix as well.

The DHOT mixes are much harder & less poppy than the 3 main ones, and actually I'm having trouble telling which I like better. A real solid effort from Hani & Danny Sullivan. Also, JNX please do not copy-n-paste this info to other message boards without crediting the source.

Because it's considered tacky and in poor form when someone takes breaking news that I work hard to obtain (remix names, track times, etc) then simply copy-n-pastes it to another website, making it seem like they found this out on their own, when all they did was read it off a computer screen. Kind of like how a newspaper article will cite another source when the stuff they're quoting is not their own original research: "according to the LA Times, Jones had not spoken with the informant" etc, etc. Does that make sense to you? I'm trying to explain internet etiquette or "netiquette" as best I can, especially for those younger folks out there who don't always practice it. No harm done, and no need for anyone to get their panties in a bunch. |

A tracklisting just seems like common knowledge. It's not like finding out some exclusive news about a project from a remixer or something. I get pissed when paj steals exclusive info from me here about stuff Tony tells me about( which I've stopped posting) but I don't think an official track listing would fall into that realm....and neither does posting the weekly bb clubplay chart for example...
