I was wondering if anyone knows how to get this to display on Itunes, i have an 8.13 version and it won't work

I even made an account and it wouldn't work. I also tried this link itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/sidebarDefaultSeeAllSongs and it wouldn't work. Could anyone help me? Thanks.
