Most profitable ? I think they mean highest grossing. How would they know how much was actually spent on the production, etc.

Cher's Farewell Tour grossed more than the Re-Invention Tour, so if it's by gross, it's off some.

These can't be by gross- for instance, Amy Winehouse? And Kylie Minogue that high?

These can't be by gross- for instance, Amy Winehouse? And Kylie Minogue that high? Then I question the accuracy of this chart. How can they possibly know how much profit was made from each tour if that data is not published or available publicly anywhere ? I don't believe in this list I trust Billboard over People Magazine when it comes to anything music related. EDIT: there is nothing on People.com I think this list is fake unless I see a source.

Tina Turner's 50th Annversary Tour grossed more than $130 million (on par with the Circus Tour). I have a hard time believing that there were 15 female tours in the 2000's that grossed more than that. On top of that, her 24/7 Tour grossed more than $80 million in the US alone (not including the European dates) which is around twice the gross of the Dream Within a Dream Tour.

LOL @ this list.
In 2000, Barbra Streisand's "Timeless: The Millenium Concerts" was 10 dates. It grosssed 70 million.
There's your most profitable ever.
