Are you passionate about discovering new music? Are you always the one telling others what music to listen to? Can you sense the next big thing before most other people?
If you have ever wanted to be a talent scout in the music industry, discovering new artists with potential to become huge, then this is your chance!
We are now accepting applications from passionate music lovers, who are hungry to find the next mainstream success and who wish to gain real-world experience as a talent scout in the music industry.
We are a talent-discovery network like no other, utilizing a highly select group of scouts from the U.S., Canada and U.K. to identify and sign groundbreaking artists to publishing, recording and management deals. Through a submission and review process, scouts learn the important process of finding talent with commercial potential and how to critically evaluate music. There are also opportunities for scouts to review live performances, network within the exclusive MLS community, and take advantage of learning materials and resources provided such as insider A&R advice and free lessons from Berklee College of Music.
Among our primary goals is that of educating its scouts and helping them gain experience in the music industry.
