While Britney and Beyonce had two spots in the top 15, there can only one queen--and her name in Madonna.

Madonna ruled the top 15 countdown showing up 4 times and dominating the top three positions. Are we surprised? Hell no!

Somebody give me an issue date and other citation info and I'll gladly unlock the other thread about this. For now, lack of any info on how this was compiled and the dubiousness of those on the list being actual contenders lead me to believe it ain't legit.
