For me, this song is way better than Sweet Disposition. I burned out quickly on the first single, and admit it is a good song especially for the current state of alternative chart music.
This song however harkens back to that mid to late 90's sound that I love. I find the up tempo of the song to be way easier to get into and stay involved from beginning to end. I found myself drifting whenever I would listen to SD.

This sounds incredibly familiar. Was it used in a commercial or something? In any case, I already like it better than the first single.

Yeah, this is easily more radio-friendly than "Sweet Disposition", and I'll likely end up liking it as much or more than "SD" (which I like[d] a lot).
I would be surprised if this missed the top 20.

Sounds great. Should do well, but I'd be honestly surprised if it was successful outside of the rock/alternative formats...hmm.

Like it, but I prefer Sweet Disposition.

I love this. Reminds me of "Bohemian Like You" by the Dandy Warhols, but better. Not sure how big it will be though since it took forever for "Sweet Disposition" to take off and it still didn't even go Top 10 despite being on the the chart for what...a year? I don't see any stations that didn't play Sweet Disposition jumping on this, and perhaps less since SD had the novelty factor that could've piqued some stations' interest.

To me, nothing on the album can rival Sweet Disposition. That song gets me choked up and I find myself getting swept up in the emotion of it. It reminds me so much of my early to mid twenties. My second favorite song on the album is Fools. I wish that song was released as a single at some point. Down River is my 3rd favorite but I can't imagine it ever played on radio. Btw, these guys were one of the highlights of Lollapalooza, easily.

I wish I had a radio station that I could regularly listen to that plays a song like this in regular rotation. Great stuff.

I love this. Reminds me of "Bohemian Like You" by the Dandy Warhols, but better. Definitely agree with the Bohemian Like You comparison, also hear traces of U2's Elevation in there as well.

Only just realised that this had gone recurrent. It didn't seem like it been on for THAT long, but obviously so. Two solid performances from their first 2 singles would suggest a third one is warranted. That was "Love Lost" in their homeland.

Yep. One week it's at its peak position, the next week it's gone. Thank you, "Savior". .

Yeah I remember this happening with "You Got Me". Last I remember this had a bullet at #15. Could have gone top 10 with different recurrent regulations.

Kinda sucks this and World So Cold went recurrent. They didn't hang around in the Top 20 that long either.

Well this song is currently rocking a triple digit negative bullet so the label may have decided to stop pushing this anyway regardless or perhaps because of the recurrent rule. It only went recurrent two days ago, so I don't think that would be able to create that massive of a negative bullet that quickly. I think this song was done anyway unfortunately.

I don't remember it having a triple digit negative bullet, but I'll take your word for it.

I wasn't mad at the logistics, I was mad that they were so quick in dumping this song while letting that "Porn Star Dancing" stick around.
