Great cover art - it's not nearly as "eeek!" as some of her recent picture sleeves (not that she's unattractive or anything, it's just that her look is sometimes too exotic to be photogenic). I hope this remix package is put up for sale SOMEWHERE so fans can buy it. Masterbeat you listening? Even better yet, how about a CD single? I'm a huge collector on Ms. Dayne and have been for many years (still looking for the Maurice Joshua mixes of Say A Prayer in fact! haha)

I think the main version is very Euro sounding, the remixes sound better to me. Taylor needs to return to dance music though.

I saw that on Radar-online and Taj's blog a few days ago. The incident happened last year but somehow remained secret until now. I was a little shocked, but not surprised. I hope things get better for her and she records some new music eventually. :)

I'm curious to hear some opinions on this. I just listened to all the versions, and I didn't care for it.
There are sections in the SoundFactory Club and Edit versions where the remix almost sounds out of tune. (It's really jarring after the key change).
Taylor is still in fine vocal form, but the song wears on me really fast.
The dub has a lot of vocals for a dub, and is the most club-friendly, but still, not really all that danceable (imo).

I feel there is just way too much going on in the club mix. There's the Offer Nissim-esque bass/tribal sections which occur throughout, then the trancey synths, then those minimal electro-house parts, and so much more. The key change 3/4 of the way in sounds fine when the vocals are there, but after that it's just too much. I haven't heard the edit or dub in their entirety so I can't comment on those.

Remember, this is one of those gay uplifting type of songs that an American Idol winner would take on.

Very "One Moment In Time" or "A Moment Like This" but nowhere as good.

I love Taylor, but I agree it's nothing great. This is just a song she was asked to sing and hopefully it would never appear on a Taylor Dayne album.

cool, I just ordered my CD single from PB - woot woot! I wasn't too terribly impressed by the first round of remixes, but I'm quite sure the second batch will be haawwwtttt! I just found out this morning that our remix was accepted and is being released alongside a few others for "Part 2" of the single's remix package. I worked on it with my good friend DJ Gabriel www.facebook.com/gabriel.gates a couple weekends ago. He was awesome, the song is awesome, and hopefully the next round of remixes will be even better than the first!
