Very smooth, poppy track from Avant that like the title suggest, lasts just around 4 minutes. Avant tries to use the time to win his back his girl while the beat uses the sound of a ticking clock to emphasise the urgency his message to her. Smooth production, nice vocals, I can see this doing well

This should've been the first single. It seems old to me since I've had the song since last fall. It's a good song. Hopefully it's a hit for him.
Does his album have a confirmed release date?

Loved this song more than "You Know What" when both were leaked around the same time last year. Great choice for a second single.
Seems crazy that all the R&B crooners have been flopping with their lead singles (Donell Jones - "Better Start Talking", Jagged Edge - "So Amazing", Jaheim - "Everytime I See Her", Ginuwine - "When We Make Love").

They just don't have the impact that they used to have, really. Let's face it hip hop is takin ova on Urban radio, well it already has. You have to be the best or must I say have the best R&B song to make it past ten! 3/4 of the songs you mentioned are wack as all ghett out! Donell Jones IMO has the only decent one. And this song here is mediocre as well. I'd rather listen to Trey Songz "Gotta Go" which has a little more substance, you get my point?

this boy can sing... I heard him live on the radio.... acapella and with the track he is great... unfortunately, I dont like the song or his personality... he is annoying... he kept talking about how he was sooooo consistent and been in the game for a minute now....

While I ain't the biggest Avant fan, I do have to agree with his assertion that he's been holding it down pretty well. I know he hasn't crossed over at all, but as an R&B singer, he has put out consistent records that spawn sizable hits. He has amassed at least 5-7 hit singles, and that's only from three CDs over the last 5.5 years. Now, as for this song, I like it, but I don't know about it doing extremely well on Urban radio especially as someone mentioned about the Hip-Hop craze. He's going to have to come hard to really make some noise, and he only got 4 minutes to do it.

This song is hot and I'm not in the least bit shocked that this song is a hit.
