I think making it to 2mil domestically is a stretch for her, honestly.
But she'll easily do it worldwide, plus she'll sell a boatload of singles, so its all good.

the more I listen to this song, the more I love it and the more I realize how great is the production and vibe of this song. Well done, Katy.

I'm feeling that I Like It's chances of being prevented from going no. 1 on pop by this song are 50/50.

This single deserves to reach #1. Easily one of the best songs in the top 20.

I say about 2-3 days before this reaches #4, and I have a feeling it'll peak at #3 unless it has some real longevity

You never know...there have been plenty of songs that looked like sure-fire #1s and wound up crashing at the last minute. #1 is still a lot of spins away. I think this will get there but it's not definite.

Circle The Drain is now playing on the Hot AC station here. It sounds pretty good on radio. Atleast on HAC radio.

Holy shit at that update!! Cali Gurls was perfect for summer and I think this totally fits the "back to school" mood as well. Firework next and then Peacock. I know people here hate it, but it's way more of a My Humps than a Blah Blah Blah.

It's more of a flop than a hit is what Peacock is. It's either Firework and then E.T. or just release a lame ballad after Firework and let the era take a turn for the worst. Though with her performing Firework live, a ballad won't be necessary.

Peacock is too edgy without cause. Last Friday Night is the obvious hit.

Firework then Last Friday Night is the way to go. Peacock should never see the light of day.
