So if we don't like Eminem we are considered haters? No if you don't spam general topics that are not just Eminem related with overkill positivity about Eminem = h8ter LOL ;) ! But, REALLY?i mean i can't believe u and i don't expect you to care about me not believing what you're saying! Anyways...Saying LTWYL is the worst single right now is pure hating. Looking at the top 10, its really ignorant to say its worst than Your Love by Nicki or its worst than Cali Gurls by Katty! Naming those two songs doesn't lend itself to h8ing??? To each is own...some people might really not like Em's song. I haven't heard it yet because I don't care to but some think Katy's song is the best on radio and I'm sure the same goes for Nicki. With a few weeks left in the summer I wonder what will be the summer song of 2010? Taylor Swift might have a shot to debut at #2 next week with her release of her new song until then the top 10 will remain boring. |

Good post Slw.
I don't go in threads for artists i don't like and just hate to hate. While these threads are not for specific artists coming in and just complaining about Eminem doing what he does is pure hating.
You don't see me going in these threads complaining about how much Taylor Swift's new single is selling and oh my god it could knock eminem out of the top spot and etc. It's not in any of our control really how well a song does. So complaining that so and so is #1 is really sad.

I think your sales total for Dynamite is about 5000 sales too high. Where did you get it from? We had the total informed a few weeks ago. Since then, I've been adding the weekly sales provided by Paul Grein or Billboard (the same for any other total that is not mentioned explicitly). So, it is possible it is a few thousands off the current value because of: a) a typo by someone; c) rounding to the thousands; d) SoundScan eventual correction. In this case, it was probably a typo from 5 weeks ago (either by me -- =( -- or Billboard when they first wrote the article) 02 Dynamite - Taio Cruz - 219,000 / 1,364,000 But if you have the correct value of any song and can share with us, I'd be thankful. :) |

^^ I don't see it going much higher than maybe #75... The video's been out for a long time and it's buzz has sort of died down... It's not a particularly catchy or interesting song, IMO. Guess you were wrong it jumped 99-68 this week.  Unfortunately I think that's the peak for the song because it's not gonna go much higher on iTunes and being #36 on the Digital Charts this week is what got it to be that high. Airplay is dead. |
